 Roasted Garlic Beef Melt Sandwich We slow-roast our own beef for over 12 hours to make the freshest, best tasting sandwich possible. We brush both sides of a crusty French baguette with a roasted garlic spread, cover it with mozzarella cheese and bake it in our stone deck oven. We serve it up with our ajus on the side.
